This entry will discuss a high level design for Ola App. Following are the feature our application is going to support.
List of Features:
1. The cab will be visible to user only if the distance between cab and user is <2Kms.
2. Maximum 10 Cabs will be visible to the user.
3. Number of cab our system will integrate : 1 Millions.
4. User per second : 10 Millions/ Second.
5. Low latency and high availability is our primary goal.
Design Strategy:
To scale the application and handle all the load one strategy would be to user Microservice based design approach. Microservices is an approach to application development where a large application is built as a suite of granular services. Each service supports a specific business goal and uses a simple, well-defined interface to communicate with other services. High level design is as follow

ReplyDeleteBrilliant article, glad I slogged through the #topic it seems that a whole lot of the details really come back to from my past project.
I'm using CloudFormation and really enjoy it, but there are a couple of things which are lacking here.
Maybe there are some reasons why they weren't implemented here, but.
So, the first thing is variables which can be populated during stack creation.

I am a freelancer and I previously created an account using a gmail address and obtained my certification with this account. During the registration process of the APN program it needs a non gmail address so i used my professional address, how can i merge or link the certifications of my first account with the APN program?

I like the support for S3 in the AWS console, especially being able to apply ACLs at time of upload. However, it would be very good if the view was sortable by last modified date, as I am typically working with the last 10-15 files uploaded. AWS Training
